Cats and Hairballs

Rambo would be very upset if he knew I was posting a picture of a cat.  To him, cats are to be chased and barked at - kinda like a squirrel ....although when he was really little, his best friend was our cat named Black (such an original name).
Anyway, this is a very old stamp from Stampin' Up.  I had this out the other day working on a different card and every time I'd look at this I'd start laughing.  It's very simple I know but with a sentiment like this you really don't need to do much else for the card.

The Alphabet Challenge is C - for cat - and I'll enter it in their challenge.

Thanks for stopping by........and keep smiling!

Lynn

I see why you laugh, both the cat and sentiment are a hoot!

Oh my gosh this is just too funny! I think I'd be chuckling the entire time making it too! Glad you were able to get an oldie out to play with and have some fun with it! The plaids work great for him! Such a fun card for someone!

You certainly don't need much to go with this fun cat and the sentiment, Lynn, but that plaid paper is the cat's meow!

Haha, this card cracks me up Lynn! Savannah is like Rambo and see cats as a thing to chase and bark at when they come into our yard. LOL She has never had a cat friend. Black, so I'm assuming Black was and all black cat? LOL Anyway, I digress.....love this CAS card, the image is just too funny and even though you think the card is simple, it doesn't look simple. You have colored this kitty up beautifully and popped that panel up with the gorgeous plaid so it looks like a million bucks! I love it and it will surely bring smiles and laughter from someone, it already has from me! Hugs, Brenda

VEry fun card!!! I would say that the sentiment is true but really it isn't the birthdays, it is the things that come with aging - the battle scars (age spots, health events, wrinkles, etc). But we wake up and are thankful for another day and battles won along with any scars they produce.

Fun stuff here, Lynn. Hugz
